  • He is a designated professional engineer and has been working in the field of geotechnical engineering for over ten years specializing in solar foundation design. Licensed as an engineer in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Yukon Territories, Nunavut/Northwest Territories and British Columbia. Yazdani has been involved in the geotechnical investigation and foundation design of 100s of solar farms across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean, in addition to geotechnical investigations for municipal infrastructure, airports, and roadways.

    He has acted in a variety of roles include the engineer of record, owners engineer, quality assurance and quality control. In addition to geotechnical investigations, Yazdani recently taught courses at Fleming College and is the primary author of geotechnical investigations articles and has completed peer review for other academic work in his field.

  • Vikki's career began as a geotechnical engineer, where she honed her skills in soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigation. Her experience with high profile renewable energy projects and large municipal infrastructure projects laid the groundwork for her advancement into leadership roles. At PRI Engineering, Vikki oversees all engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception through completion.

    Vikki is a licensed Professional Engineer in the provinces of Ontario and Alberta. She also leads PRI's laboratory team, and she is the Laboratory Manager and Supervising Professional for PRI's CCIL Type Q (Basic Concrete) and Type C (Aggregate Quality Control) laboratories located in Lindsay, ON and Calgary, AB.

VIKKI GLEDHILL, P.Eng.

Director, Engineering

  • Jelica Mendoza is a registered professional engineer in Ontario and has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science & Engineering in Geological Engineering with professional internship and a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with Geoengineering Specialization at Queen’s University. During her two-year Master’s program, she has led the laboratory testing and research of geosynthetic clay liner hydration in landfill applications, co-authoring two (2) journal papers with Dr. Kerry Rowe of the Queen’s-RMC Geoengineering Centre, and completing three (3) Teaching Assistantships for Engineering Mechanics and Soil Mechanics courses.

    Her role at PRI includes managing the solar division which includes managing the geotechnical investigation, pre-production pile testing, and construction support programs, including performing foundation design analyses for solar racking systems, reviewing geotechnical and pile design investigation reports, and reviewing pile QA/QC documentation.

ARMAN YAZDANI, C.Tech, RSO


Arman Yazdani heads up the Alberta division of PRI Engineering. As an Ontario native, he’s adjusted surprisingly well to Alberta – you can find him in the mountains if he’s not hard at work in the field or at the Calgary office. Arman brings to the team an unusually holistic understanding of the construction process.

Program Manager, Solar Field Services

  • Her experience includes project management, project coordination, field investigations, data compilation and reporting. She is experienced in water quality monitoring and geotechnical services including compaction and concrete testing, inspections, drilling supervision (including coring) and laboratory soils testing.

    Roxy is currently the Operations Manager, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of PRI Engineering. Prior to her time at PRI, she was the operations lead and project coordinator for a large global consulting firm, where she coordinated all geotechnical investigations and all materials testing projects. As part of this role, she coordinated scheduling of field technicians and subcontractors, as well as arranging underground utility locates and preparation of borehole logs (using gINT Software). Roxy also has project management experience, overseeing all aspects of various sized projects including, project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client correspondence.

Program Manager, Geotechnical Engineering

  • He has completed a Bachelor of Engineering Science with a Professional Internship in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Geology at Western University.

    His experience includes surface and subsurface investigation for the planning and design of foundations and other earth structures for various projects including infrastructure, energy, pavement and buildings. Greg has completed both fieldwork and reporting in a broad range of engineering programs including but not limited to geotechnical investigations, hydrogeological investigations, materials testing and inspections, foundation assessments and soil assessments. Greg has been involved in the construction industry for over the past sixteen years as a general labour, engineering intern, project manager and engineer.
