Mike Francis, P.Geo is a Project Manager at GEMS

Mike is also local to the City of Kawartha Lakes region here in Ontario and is now back in the area, after spending some time away, is now working as a Project Manager for a boutique groundwater consulting firm, Ground Water Environment Management Services, or for short GEMS. He specializes in dewatering assessments and permitting to support the Toronto construction industry and condo market. Mike has quite a varied background in mining, construction, and geotechnical engineering working at companies like GoldCorp, EllisDon and Cambium before he became a hydrogeologist.
