Roxy Jilesen

Operations Manager

Roxy Jilesen has over ten years of experience in the fields of geotechnical engineering, materials testing and inspecting, hydrogeology, and environmental site assessment. Her experience includes project management, project coordination, field investigations, data compilation and reporting. She is experienced in water quality monitoring and geotechnical services including compaction and concrete testing, inspections, drilling supervision (including coring) and laboratory soils testing.

Roxy is currently the Operations Manager, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of PRI Engineering. Prior to her time at PRI, she was the operations lead and project coordinator for a large global consulting firm, where she coordinated all geotechnical investigations and all materials testing projects. As part of this role, she coordinated scheduling of field technicians and subcontractors, as well as arranging underground utility locates and preparation of borehole logs (using gINT Software). Roxy also has project management experience, overseeing all aspects of various sized projects including, project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client correspondence.
