Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business Management from the University of Calgary, and later completed a Diploma in Human Resources at Mount Royal University. She has also earned her CHRP designation, further strengthening her expertise in human resources and people leadership.
Stephanie brings a diverse and well-rounded background to PRI, returning to the HR profession after successfully pursuing entrepreneurial ventures.
Passionate about people and community, Stephanie recognizes the critical role a healthy corporate culture plays in shaping positive daily work experiences, strengthening collaboration, and driving overall organizational performance.
Outside of her professional career, Stephanie enjoys taking advantage of the many outdoor activities and lifestyle opportunities that Kelowna has to offer.
