• HubSpot CRM: We use HubSpot to manage our contacts, project enquiries, and client relationships. HubSpot, Inc. is based in the United States, and data stored in HubSpot may be processed outside Canada. • Deltek: We use Deltek for project management, resource planning, and financial records. Deltek, Inc. is headquartered in the United States, and data held in Deltek may be stored on servers outside Canada.
• BigTime: We utilize BigTime as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for project management, time tracking, billing, and resource allocation. BigTime processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Data held in BigTime is generally hosted in the United States and may be stored on servers outside of Canada.
• Microsoft 365 and Teams: Used for internal productivity, email communications, and collaboration. Microsoft processes data on our behalf under Microsoft’s Data Processing Agreement.
