• HubSpot CRM: We use HubSpot to manage our contacts, project enquiries, and client relationships. HubSpot, Inc. is based in the United States, and data stored in HubSpot may be processed outside Canada. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
• Deltek: We use Deltek for project management, resource planning, and financial records. Deltek, Inc. is headquartered in the United States, and data held in Deltek may be stored on servers outside Canada.
• BigTime: We utilize BigTime as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for project management, time tracking, billing, and resource allocation. BigTime processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Data held in BigTime is generally hosted in the United States and may be stored on servers outside of Canada.
• Microsoft 365 and Teams: Used for internal productivity, email communications, and collaboration. Microsoft processes data on our behalf under Microsoft’s Data Processing Agreement.
