Manish Nayar is the Founder and CEO of PRI Engineering, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm he established in 2019. Under his leadership, PRI has grown from a four-person team into a multi-office organization operating across Canada, serving projects from coast to coast, throughout the United States, and the Caribbean, delivering complex engineering and environmental service solutions to clients in some of the most demanding environments in the world.
A Licensed Professional Engineer and successful entrepreneur, Manish brings a rare combination of technical credibility and business acumen to the engineering sector. His background spans venture capital, investment banking, and operations — including prior roles as an Investment Banking Associate at Merrill Lynch and the founding of several successful companies in the renewable energy and infrastructure space, including OYA Solar and Polar Racking. He holds a B.E.Sc in Computer Engineering and a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics from Western University, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
