PRI has a team of 150 across eight offices and four CCIL-certified materials testing labs. That size is a deliberate choice, and for clients on resource projects it shows up in three places.
The first is who makes decisions. On most PRI projects, the practitioner who scopes the work is the one who leads it in the field, so a change in conditions is assessed and answered by the same person rather than routed through layers of review.
The second is how fast a team can move. When a permit lands or a weather window opens early, crews and equipment can be reassigned across offices without a new procurement cycle.
The third is where the money goes. Fewer administrative layers mean a larger share of each invoice pays for field and engineering hours.
In a year when approvals are pausing and restarting across the country, the firms that can stop and start without paying for it twice will save their clients more than any rate discount.
