Jesse Unke, P.Eng., PE, PMP, RMP, CMC

Jesse Unke brings 20 years of experience leading consulting firms and practices across the public, private, and Indigenous sectors, with a track record spanning capital and major infrastructure projects throughout Canada and North America. He joins PRI most recently from MNP, where he served as Partner and National Lead of the Capital Projects and Infrastructure Consulting Practice, building and leading a team delivering planning, procurement, design, project management, and delivery advisory services to infrastructure owners.

His leadership background is both broad and deep, from President and CEO of Maven Consulting, leading 50+ staff and driving business development and growth, to Vice President, Canada at COWI, where he led strategy and operations for 150+ employees across four offices and helped establish the firm’s Toronto presence. Throughout his career, Jesse has built and scaled high-performing teams and developed lasting client and partner relationships, including trust-based partnerships with Indigenous communities across Canada.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from UBC and a robust set of credentials, including P.Eng. (EGBC), PE, PMP, RMP, LEED AP, ENV SP, MMCD CCA, CCIP and CMC. He is an active industry voice, a board member, conference speaker, and recognized leader named to On-Site’s 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction, SiteNews Canadian Construction’s Most Influential People, and honoured as an Engineers Canada 30 by 30 EDI Champion.
