Andrei Cvaci brings more than 20 years of engineering and capital project leadership experience across consulting, owner and construction roles to PRI as Engineering Director. He has delivered complex infrastructure and major capital programs valued at more than $2 billion, in senior project and engineering leadership positions with Stantec, the City of Vancouver, Transportation Investment Corporation and the City of Coquitlam. His work spans heavy civil and transportation infrastructure, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure, utilities, and water and wastewater systems.
At PRI, Andrei leads engineering across multidisciplinary projects, with a focus on technical excellence, constructability, project delivery, risk management and close integration between engineering and construction. Having worked on both the owner and consulting sides of major projects, he understands what clients need from their engineering partners, and he helps PRI deliver practical, high-quality solutions that hold up from design through construction.
