Vikki Gledhill, P.Eng., is a senior geotechnical leader with over a decade of experience supporting infrastructure, development, and renewable energy projects across Canada. In her role, Vikki provides technical leadership and senior review for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, pavement design, construction recommendations, and geotechnical risk assessment.
Her project experience includes municipal roads and servicing, bridges and culverts, school and institutional developments, subdivisions, commercial and industrial sites, solar developments, battery energy storage systems, and other infrastructure projects requiring practical and constructible geotechnical solutions. Vikki’s technical experience includes subsurface investigations, soil and rock characterization, shallow and deep foundation recommendations, settlement assessment, slope stability, pavement structure design, excavation and groundwater considerations, and construction-phase engineering support.
As a leader within PRI’s geotechnical practice, Vikki is responsible for guiding technical staff, supporting project delivery, reviewing engineering recommendations, and helping maintain consistency and quality across geotechnical deliverables. She is known for her practical approach to problem solving, clear communication, and ability to bridge technical requirements with real-world construction constraints.
Vikki is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, BC and Alberta.
