Roxy Jilesen, Operations Manager and Vikki Gledhill, Geotechnical Engineer Will Support the Increasing Operational and Processual Demands of PRI Engineering’s Growing Project Portfolio
Geotechnical Engineering Consultants, PRI Engineering (PRI), announced and welcomed two additions to the team, Roxy Jilesen, Operations Manager, and Vikki Gledhill, Geotechnical Engineer. Collectively, Jilesen and Gledhill bring to the company extensive experience in operational procedures and project management of geotechnical services and material testing. In hiring local residents of the Kawartha, Ontario region, PRI continues its mission of fostering economic development in the area through partnership and employment opportunities.

Roxy Jilesen joins PRI as an Operations Manager, where she will oversee daily operations and is responsible for the successful management of labour, productivity, and project / proposals control. She brings over 10 years of experience in the fields of geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and inspecting. Her experience includes leading a team of field and office personnel that produces high-quality results within tight deadlines, and office management.
As a Geotechnical Engineer, Vikki Gledhill is tasked with ensuring the timely execution and delivery of PRI’s service for a portfolio of solar projects in the North-Eastern United States. Gledhill brings to PRI extensive experience in the renewable energy and public sectors. Previously, Gledhill was a Project Lead for the City of Toronto Capital Work Projects, which included watermain replacements, roadway resurfacing and reconstruction projects, as well as Project Manager for three major wind projects in Southern Ontario.
Jilesen and Gledhill promise to play pivotal roles in developing the processual and operational strengths of PRI Engineering as the company continues to expand within the Kawartha region and support local economic development.
